It’s the damned fools who sign onto this b’log as participants then try to sell viagra, porn pix, dating services, weight loss, and kitchen paraphernalia to our unsuspecting readers.

Out with the pack of them. Over the past few days several hundred potential spammers have been deleted. I accept about ten per cent of the new signees in any week’s period.

And still they come. Once spammed, they are banned forever, except when they sneak back in under another name. Getting better at intercepting those bastards as well before they can do any damage…usually.

One snuck in last night. He had botr cialis and viagra for sale, so he said. Trouble is if you click on one of those links you could end up in a whole pig sty of virus, spy-ware, and mal-ware, to say nothing of somebody’s being able to track your every move online.

Just like the federal government!

When we make the transition to the new format, think I will eliminate every single individual and start over. Sounds like an idea. START OVER.

In the meantime, I can keep defending the frontiers of this domain better than the feds are doing down Mexico way.
