This piece found today in Drudge seems not a little strange to me. It is obviously part and parcel of the ‘Speak Softly and carry a velvet-lined stick” which predominates in today’s White House.

NASA Adminsitrator, Charles Bolden, made some pretty outrageous statements in a recent interview in Al Jazeera.
